Ken got sick of paying $30 for a single decent pizza, so he set out to learn how to make it. Now you can enjoy the fruits pizzas of his labor!
Each dough is made in the original Neapolitan method, flour water, salt, yeast, proofed for 24 hours. Sauce is a San Marzano base with salt and spices. Mozzarella is low moisture whole milk either shredded or cubed. Basil is home grown!
Neapolitan pizza is served 12-14 inches. The dough is light, airy, puffy, easy for digestion. It contains up to 30% less carbs than typical pizzas you can buy due to the higher hydration (water) content. If you're extra hangry, I recommend ordering at least 1 per person.
